Description
A three-week online gathering for women seeking stillness, softness, and soulful restoration.
Dates: Three Thursday evenings in December: 4th, 11th, and 18th
Time: 6:30 – 8 pm (Eastern Time)
Before the light returns, the sacred season of darkness invites us to slow, soften, and rest.
Over the course of three Thursday evenings, we’ll gather for soulful journaling & reflection, connection, and a gentle somatic movement that leads into a guided Yoga Nidra practice — an embodied invitation to rest deeply, listen inwardly, and be restored from within.
Each week offers a feminine rhythm of slowing, softening, and receiving — the opposite of the season’s rush. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary of rest in community, honoring simplicity, tenderness, and the wisdom of the dark.
Dec. 4th: Rest – The Art of Letting Go
This first session will be a practice of slowing down, softening, and releasing – softening what’s been tight and creating room for rest. Imagine: grounded, spacious, and full exhales.
Dec. 11th: Replenish – The Quiet that Restores
This second session will be a practice of receiving – tending to your inner landscape, listening for what nourishes you, and receiving nourishment. Imagine: heart-centered, light-kindling, and self-compassion.
Dec. 18th: Renew – Wonder, Awe, & Simple Joys
This final session will be a practice of noticing – discovering small moments of awe and delight that awaken naturally from stillness and organically rekindles our sense of being alive. Imagine: gentle joy and soft peace.
Each 90 minute evening will include:
– a grounding opening
– reflection, journaling + optional sharing
– guided gentle movement and yoga nidra
– a soulful closing ritual
Together, we’ll remember that rest is a rhythm our body and soul long for, nourishment can be simple and soft, and renewal flows naturally from rest into delight — in the pause, the breath, and the shimmer of candlelight.
You’re invited to come as you are — tired, curious, hopeful — and find rest in the company of others seeking the same.
