This Sacred Pause meditation is a foundational practice about cultivating a pause amidst the busyness of life.  A Sacred Pause can help you get grounded and come back home to yourself.  Whether it’s for 30 seconds as you pause before you react, or for a few minutes at the end of your day, cultivate the daily practice of reconnecting to your heart and what matters most for a sense of clarity, calm, and ease in your everyday life.

** Additional suggestion:  we thrive with ritual in our everyday lives.  Consider practicing this Sacred Pause meditation in your morning, lunchtime, and evening.  Three times a day – pausing and connecting with your heart to feel centered and nourished every day.
